Jennifer Lee Carrell is an American author renowned for her novels and numerous articles written for Smithsonian Magazine and the Arizona Daily Star. She has a deep expertise in English and American literature. Carrell pursued her studies at the universities of Oxford, Stanford, and Harvard, where she also served as a professor of Medieval and Renaissance History. Her excellence in teaching earned her three awards. Furthermore, she directed Shakespearean plays for the Hyperion theater company.
