Jana G. Oliver is an American author known for her work across multiple genres, including romance, urban fantasy, science fiction, mystery, and historical mystery. Originally from Iowa, she currently resides in Portugal. Her Time Rovers Series was initially published by Dragon Moon Press, a Canadian speculative fiction publisher. This series was highly acclaimed, being nominated for fifteen awards and winning twelve, including ForeWord Magazine's Editor's Choice Book of the Year, the first time a science fiction novel received that honor.
In 2009, Oliver was contracted by St. Martin's Press to write the Demon Trappers Series, a young adult urban fantasy series. Originally composed of four books, the series has been translated into multiple languages, including German, French, Brazilian, Russian, Turkish, Danish, and Mandarin. Since 2012, five additional books have been added to the series.
Additionally, Oliver wrote a romantic suspense/thriller series, the Veritas Series, under the pseudonym Chandler Steele. She is also an international and Amazon bestselling author whose works have garnered numerous awards, such as the Prism Award, the Daphne du Maurier Award for Excellence in Mystery and Suspense, and the National Readers' Choice Award.
