James Luceno is an American author, known for his novels and reference books connected with the Star Wars franchise and the Star Wars Expanded Universe. Alongside Brian Daley, under the shared pseudonym Jack McKinney, he authored novelizations of the Robotech animated television series. Luceno has also penned several original novels, film novelizations, and other franchise tie-ins. In addition to his work in literature, he has written for television cartoon series.
