J.M. Johnson

Chief Joseph Modupe Johnson CFR was a Nigerian politician and Federal Cabinet Minister. He was born on March 30, 1912, and passed away on June 15, 1987. Johnson served as the Federal Minister for Labour, Welfare, & Sports from 1959 to 1964 and as the Federal Minister of the Interior from 1957 to 1959. Throughout his career, he was known for his dedication to public service and his influential role in Nigerian politics.
