Gita Trelease is a novelist known for her captivating stories that often blend elements of fairy tales. She was born in Sweden to Indian and Swedish parents and has lived in various places, including New York, Paris, and a small town in Italy. Gita pursued her education at Yale College and New York University, where she completed a Ph.D. in British literature.
