Félix J. Palma

Félix José Palma Macías, known as Félix J. Palma, is a renowned Spanish writer born on June 16, 1968, in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Cádiz. Palma attended Francisco Pacheco High School and studied Publicity at the University of Sevilla.

He is best known for his Victorian trilogy, which includes The Map of Time, The Map of the Sky, and The Map of Chaos. The Map of Time has been published in more than 30 countries, marking a significant international success. Palma has drawn inspiration from Latin American and English-language authors, with a notable influence from Argentinian author Julio Cortázar.

His literary works include his first volume of stories, El Vigilante de la Salamandra (The Lizard's Keeper), and other storybooks such as Métodos de Supervivencia (Methods of Survival), Las Interioridades (Interiors), Los Arácnidos (The Arachnid), and El Menor Espectáculo del Mundo (The World’s Smallest Show). Additionally, Palma has authored novels such as La Hormiga que Quiso ser Astronauta (The Ant that Wanted to Become an Astronaut) and Las Corrientes Oceánicas (The Ocean Currents).

His latest book, The Map of Chaos, was published in Spanish on October 16, 2014, and became available in English on June 30, 2015.
