Ellen Emerson White

Ellen Emerson White is an American author known for her young adult fiction novels. She grew up in Narragansett, Rhode Island, and many of her stories feature characters from Boston, reflecting her own passion for the Boston Red Sox. White attended Tufts University and published her first book, Friends for Life, while a senior there. In addition to fiction, she has published several biographies and writes under the pseudonyms Zack Emerson (named after her shepherd dog) and Nicholas Edwards (of the Santa Paws series). Ellen currently resides in New York City.
