He has been a prominent figure in the genre since 1993, known for his compelling storytelling and imaginative narratives. Born in West Virginia, Dale grew up in the community of Princeton, just north of the Virginia border. His literary journey began in this inspirited environment, leading him to craft stories that have graced the pages of esteemed publications like The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction, Asimov's Science Fiction, Amazing Stories, Sci-Fiction, and Lightspeed Magazine, as well as a variety of anthologies.
