Christina Elizabeth Sharpe is a prominent American academic celebrated for her contributions to English literature and Black Studies. She currently holds the position of professor at York University in Toronto, Canada. Sharpe's work extends into the realm of Black studies in the Humanities, where she serves as a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair.
