Bruce H. Wilkinson

Bruce H. Wilkinson is a highly regarded Christian teacher and author. Born in New Jersey, Bruce pursued his education at Northeastern Bible College (B.A. and Th. B.), Dallas Theological Seminary (Th. M.), and Western Conservative Baptist Seminary (D.D.). Early in his career, he served as a college professor at Multnomah School of the Bible in Portland, Oregon.

Bruce is best known for his bestselling book, The Prayer of Jabez, which remains the fastest-selling book in history with worldwide sales exceeding 20 million. He has authored over 60 books, many reaching the top of bestseller lists such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and USA Today.

He is the founder of WorldTeach, a global initiative to train Bible teachers worldwide, and Dream for Africa, a humanitarian agency addressing AIDS, orphan care, and hunger in sub-Saharan Africa. He also founded Walk Thru the Bible and Teach Every Nation (TEN), which provides innovative training for pastors and leaders in the Global South.

Bruce has made significant contributions in humanitarian work, including producing a motion picture about AIDS, Beat the Drum, and leading major reconciliation conferences in Africa. He has trained thousands of indigenous leaders to conduct life skills courses worldwide.

Additionally, Bruce has raised over $300 million for various ministries, including colleges, seminaries, and mission groups. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of The Exponential Group.
