Blake Crouch is a bestselling novelist and screenwriter. He is known for his books Dark Matter, Recursion, Upgrade, and his internationally-bestselling Wayward Pines Trilogy, which was adapted into a television series in 2015 by FOX, executive produced by M. Night Shyamalan and was the summer's #1 show. Dark Matter was adapted for television in 2024.

In collaboration with Chad Hodge, Crouch also created Good Behavior, the TNT television show starring Michelle Dockery, based on his Letty Dobesh novellas. He has written more than a dozen novels that have been translated into over thirty languages. His short fiction has been featured in publications like Ellery Queen and Alfred Hitchcock Mystery Magazine.

Crouch resides in Colorado with his family.
