Alex Scarrow

Alex Scarrow is a British author most known for his young adult science fiction series TimeRiders.

He lives a nomadic existence with his wife Frances and son Jacob, currently residing in Norwich. Initially, after college, he spent a decade in the music industry, chasing record deals. Following this, he transitioned into the computer games industry, working as a graphic artist and eventually a games designer. His notable game titles include Waterworld, Evolva, The Thing, Spartan, Gates of Troy, and Legion Arena.

Since becoming an author with Orion, Alex spends most of his time writing in cafes and coffee bars, sipping lattes, and observing the world outside. He is currently working on the sequel to his next book.
